§ 5-62 ENFORCEMENT.

The Zoning Officer and/or the Fire Chief shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinances or codes adopted by the Board relating to the repair, closing and demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to G.S. §§ 160A-441 et seq.
