923.28 PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEM WHERE SEWER NOT AVAILABLE.

Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 923.09, the building sewer shall be connected to a private wastewater disposal system complying with the provisions of Sections 923.28 to 923.32 inclusive.
