923.09 CONNECTIONS TO PUBLIC SEWER SYSTEM REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.
   The owners of all houses, buildings or properties used for human occupancy, employment, recreation or other purpose, situated in the City and abutting on any street, alley or right-of-way, are hereby required at their expense to install suitable toilet facilities therein, and to connect such facilities and industrial waste outlets directly with the proper public sanitary sewer in accordance with the provision of this chapter within 90 days after the date of official notice to do so, provided that such public sanitary sewer is within 100 feet of the property line. In cases where sanitary sewer is not available to a site, it shall be the OWNER/DEVELOPER'S sole responsibility and cost to extend the sanitary sewer to his site as per the City of Oxford Water and Sanitary Sewer Specifications Manual. The above action is not required if the owner of such property is operating under a permit from or with the approval of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
