§ 150.23 DISPLAY OF NUMBERS REQUIRED.

Each owner and occupant of a house, residence and business place in the city shall cause to be displayed in a prominent place on each residence, house or business place owned or occupied by him or her, a series of numbers correctly indicating the number assigned to such residence, house or business place.
