§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provisions of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 of this code shall be subject to the following penalties.
      (1)   Violators of the state’s Building Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.

      (2)   Violators of the state’s Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, confined in the county jail for not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense.

      (3)   Violators of the state’s Plumbing Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense.

   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating § 150.02 by beginning construction prior to having been issued a permit by the city shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.
   (C)   Any owner or occupant of any house, residence or half of a business place in the city, failing to so display or cause to be displayed upon a house, residence or business place owned or occupied by him or her such series of numbers correctly describing the number assigned to such house, residence or business place, after the expiration of the said 30 days as set forth in §§ 150.20 through 150.23 of this code, shall be subject to a fine of $1 for each day so delinquent, and each day of such delinquency shall constitute a separate offense.
