ORDINANCE NO. 777
   AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CODIFICATION OF ALL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF OWENTON, KENTUCKY
   THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OWENTON, KENTUCKY HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
   SECTION I
The codification of all current Ordinances of the City of Owenton, Kentucky as compiled and published in 2022 by American Legal Publishing Corporation, together with all tables, indexes and incorporoations by reference therein adopted.
   SECTION II
All ordinances of the City of Owenton, Kentucky not included, restated or specifically incorporated by reference in the aforementioned codification are hereby repealed.
Given first reading in special session this 19th day of January 2023.
Given second reading and adopted in special session this 23rd day of January 2023.
