The boundaries of this Municipality shall be the same as the boundaries established prior to the adoption of this Charter and as established thereafter. This Municipality is hereby specifically empowered and authorized to change and enlarge its boundaries in a manner consistent with Ohio law in existence at the time of such change or enlargement.
