SECTION 1.03 Form of Government

The form of government provided in the Charter shall be known as a "Mayor - Council" form. The powers and functions of the Municipal Government shall be distributed among the elected officials, the citizens and the various offices, bodies, boards and commissions as provided in this Charter.
