5-4-2: FIRE MARSHAL AND DEPUTIES:
The Fire Marshal and one or more Deputy Fire Marshals may be appointed by the City Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council and subject to its direction and control. (Prior Code § 5-4-4)
