Any person, firm, operator, corporation or association of persons who violate any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be guilty of misdemeanor as defined by State law and shall be punishable in accordance with the then existing applicable penalty provisions for a misdemeanor offense, plus costs of prosecution. Each separate day of violation shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. If civil action, including application for injunctive relief, is required to enforce this chapter, the operator, or other parties responsible for violation(s), shall be responsible for all costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by the City for such enforcement action.
