§ 70.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this title, and any person who aids, abets or assists therein shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500, plus additional penalties to include reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by the town for collection of the account, as determined by any other ordinance of the town referencing this title or as determined by the Fremont Town Court or other court of jurisdiction in any court proceeding. The schedule of penalties for violations, as adopted by the Fremont Town Court from time to time, is incorporated herein in its entirety.

   (B)   Any person found in violation of § 70.055 shall be fined not less than $100 for the first offense; not less than $150 for the second offense; and not less than $200 for the third or subsequent offenses.

   (C)   It is an infraction for any person to violate any provision of § 70.056. Any individual who shall violate the provisions of § 70.056, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 and not more than $2,500.
