§ 70.107  PARALLEL PARKING.
   Except where angle parking is permitted, a motor vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway shall be stopped or parked with the curb side wheels of the motor vehicle parallel with and within 12 Inches of the curb or edge of the roadway.
