§ 114.08 REGISTRATION CARD OR BADGE; POSSESSION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to call at any residence or business, commercial, or industrial establishment within the village with the intent or purpose of soliciting as provided in this chapter without having in his possession a registration card or badge authorizing such solicitation.
   (B)   No registration card or badge shall be in the possession of any person other than the one to whom it is issued.

§ 114.09 NUMBER OF PERSONNEL PERMITTED IN VEHICLE.
   Upon each vehicle drawn or propelled by animal or mechanical power, licensed under the provisions of this chapter, there shall be permitted but one helper or assistant to the driver or operator of such wagon or vehicle.

§ 114.10 PEDDLING ON SUNDAYS.
   No one having a peddler's license shall peddle any fruits, goods, wares, or merchandise or other article or thing whatsoever on Sundays.

§ 114.11 MOBILE CATERING.
   No permits, licenses, or solicitor registrations shall be granted for mobile catering and sale of food of all kinds and descriptions for immediate consumption.

§ 114.12 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   Whenever a registration card or badge shall be granted for solicitation purposes within the village, such solicitation shall be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. specifically excluding, however, Sundays and holidays.

§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, or corporation violating this chapter shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
