§ 114.04 LICENSE FEE.
   The fee to be charged for a license in each case shall be as follows:
   (A)   To peddle from a vehicle drawn or propelled by animal power other than that supplied by a human being, or drawn or propelled by mechanical power, shall be $50.00 per annum, except in cases and instances herein otherwise provided, and such license shall entitle the licensee to use one such wagon or similar vehicle in and about his business, and for each additional wagon or similar vehicle used by him he shall pay the same license fee of $50.00.
   (B)   All licenses shall be for the year commencing May 1 and ending on the succeeding April 30, and no such license shall be issued for any period of time less than one year for a less sum than the annual license fee hereinabove provided.
