   121.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Ontario Charles K. and Charlotte M. Hellinger Municipal Building.

   121.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings shall be as provided in Section 121.06(b).
   121.03 SMOKING PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall smoke or possess any lighted product containing tobacco including cigarettes, cigars, pipes or e-cigarettes, vapor devices, or any item simulating smoking, within any building owned by this City including but not limited to the Charles K. and Charlotte M. Hellinger Municipal Building, Ontario Senior Center, Water Treatment Plant or the Service Building.
   (b)   No person shall smoke or possess any lighted product containing tobacco including cigarettes, cigars, pipes or e-cigarettes, vapor devices, ro any item simulating smoking, inside of any motor vehicle owned by this City.

   (c)   The Mayor shall cause signs indicating the prohibition of this section to be posted in appropriate locations.
 
   (d)   Whoever violates subsections (a) or (b) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
