136.01 SIGNATURE ON FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS.

   The Ontario City Treasurer is hereby designated as the primary individual authorized to sign drafts, checks, or warrants drawn on any bank accounts of the City at any financial institution. In the absence of the Treasurer, the Mayor is designated to sign such instruments.
