136.04 REFUNDS OF UTILITY OVERPAYMENTS.

No claim for a refund of water or sanitary sewer charges shall be considered for a possible refund unless said claim shall be delivered to the City in writing within five years of the date that the statement for that charge was first sent to the water or sanitary sewer customer.
