A. Penalty Imposed: Any person, partnership, association or corporation who establishes, conducts or maintains any rest home, nursing or convalescent home, or related institution in the city without first obtaining a license and paying the tax required in section 3-1-2 of this title, or who shall violate any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. License Revocation Or Suspension: Violation of this chapter shall also be grounds for revocation or suspension of license granted. (Ord. 01-01-2002, 1-24-2002)
