9-1-1: BUILDING CODE:
   A.   Adoption: A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the international building code, 2009 edition (IBC 2009), as published by the International Code Council, Inc., and as adopted by the state of Oklahoma, acting through the uniform building code commission, be and hereby is adopted as the building code of the city for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all property, buildings and structures by providing the standards for supplied utilities and facilities and other physical things and conditions essential to ensure that structures are safe, sanitary and fit for occupation and use, and for the condemnation of buildings and structures unfit for human occupancy and use, and the demolition of such structures as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said building code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, as prescribed in subsection B of this section.
   B.   Revisions: The following sections are hereby revised:

9-1-2: FIRE CODE:
   A.   Adoption: A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the international fire code, 2009 edition (IFC 2009), as published by the International Code Council, Inc., and as adopted by the state of Oklahoma, acting through the uniform building code commission, be and hereby is adopted as the code of the city for regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises in the city; providing for the issuance of permits for hazardous uses or operations; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, as prescribed in subsection B of this section.
   B.   Revisions: The following sections are hereby revised:

   C.   Limits For Storage Of Flammables: The limits referred to in certain sections of the international fire code, the most recent edition, are hereby established as follows:
Section 3204.3.1.1 The storage of flammable cryogenic fluids in stationary containers is prohibited within 50 feet from buildings and combustible storage.
Storage:
Section 3406.2.4.4 (Limits in which the storage of class I or class II liquids in aboveground tanks is prohibited shall be the same as ground storage tanks shown in section 3406.2.4.3.)

9-1-3: RESIDENTIAL CODE:
   A.   Adoption: A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the international residential code, 2009 edition (IRC 2009), as published by the International Code Council, Inc., and as adopted by the state of Oklahoma, acting through the uniform building code commission, be and hereby is adopted as the code of the city for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of one- and two-family dwellings and townhouses not more than three (3) stories in height in the city; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, as prescribed in subsection B of this section.
   B.   Revisions: The following sections are hereby revised:
