A. Penalty Imposed: Any person who operates or maintains a nursery or family daycare home without a license as required in section 3-1-1 of this title or violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
B. License Revocation Or Suspension: Violation of this chapter shall also be grounds for revocation or suspension of license granted. (Ord. 01-01-2002, 1-24-2002)
