A. The City Manager in his discretion shall have the authority to temporarily or permanently order any person, firm or corporation off of the City Lake and its surrounding premises for violations of the Okemah Lake Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Okemah Utilities Authority and/or the prohibited acts in the foregoing sections.
B. Any person, firm or corporation who refuses to leave the City Lake after being ordered to do so by the City Manager shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. The Okemah Police Department has the authorization and duty to apprehend and arrest on view or on warrant and bring to justice all violators of this section pursuant to section 5-1-2 of this Code.
