8-4-8: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation doing any of the acts prohibited by this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided for in section 1-4-1 of this code, unless otherwise stated herein. (Ord. 2001-01-10, 10-1-2001)
