This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the municipal court of the city as put into operation by resolution duly passed on January 6, 1969, and filed in accordance with law as authorized by 11 Oklahoma Statutes sections 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any ordinance of the city, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
