Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or shall allow the premises occupied to become unsanitary shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. The City of Okemah Code enforcement officer shall have the authority to write and issue citations to any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter or allows the premises occupied to become unsanitary.
