The following uses may be allowed in the Limited Industrial District (LI) subject to approval in accordance with Chapter 1181:
(a) Research, Development and Testing Laboratories.
(b) Other Lawful Industrial Uses. Any other lawful industrial use compatible with the permitted uses, fulfilling the intent of this district, and developed in accordance with the development standards and performance standards of this district.
(c) Recycling Centers. Not to include manufacturing.
(d) Commercial Kennels. Commercial kennels shall not be located within two hundred (200) feet of any residential zoning district, including PUD and PRD.
(e) Manufacturing of the following products:
(1) Agricultural chemicals
(2) Aircraft and Parts
(3) Coating, Engraving and Allied Services
(4) Concrete, Gypsum, and Plaster Products
(5) Construction, Mining, and Materials Handling Machinery and Equipment
(6) Cut Stone and Stone Products
(7) Cutlery, Hand Tools, and General Hardware
(8) Electric Lighting and Wiring Equipment
(9) Flat Glass
(10) Glass and Glassware, Pressed or Blown
(11) Gum and Wood Chemicals
(12) Millwork, Veneer, Plywood, and Prefabricated
(13) Motorcycles, Bicycles, and Parts
(14) Office, Computing and Accounting machines
(15) Paints, Varnishes, Lacquers, Enamels and Allied Products
(16) Plastic-Materials and Synthetic Resins, Synthetic Rubber, Synthetic and Other Man-made Fibers except Glass
(17) Shop and Boat Building and Repair
(18) Structural Clay Products
(19) Structural Wood Products
(20) Wooden Containers
