All commercial busses, during their operation in the City, shall operate on the following routes:
(a) Entrance into the City shall be on Lorain Street, Route 10.
(b) Eastbound busses shall proceed on Lorain Street to Main Street, south on Main Street to College Street and east on College Street to the bus stop, thence east on East College Street to the corporate limits.
(c) Westbound busses shall proceed on Lorain Street to Main Street, south on Main Street to College Street to the bus stop, thence east on East College Street to Pleasant Street, thence north on Pleasant Street to Lorain Street, thence west on Lorain Street to the corporate limits.

No person shall stop or stand any motor bus for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers between Williard Court on East College Street and the intersection of East College Street and North Main Street.
Motor busses shall, for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, be parked at such parking places as may be ordered by the City Manager and designated by police orders. All busses shall be parked parallel with the curb and not more than two feet distant therefrom. Not more than one bus at a time shall be parked at the parking place so designated unless permission is granted by the City Manager for the parking of more than one bus due to special events or college vacation periods.

No person shall hawk or call for passengers from the street or curb, or by any other means of solicitation, except by a sign displayed on the vehicle. The starting of motor busses on trips by calling, whistling or by the use of other noise-making devices is prohibited.
