No operator or keeper of any recreation hall or center, which specifically includes bowling alleys and poolrooms, where the same is kept or operated for gain or hire, whether operated as a club or open to the public generally, shall keep such recreation hall or center open, nor permit the equipment to be used for any game after the hour of 2:00 a.m. It shall not be opened on Sunday until 1:00 p.m.

No person, being the owner, keeper or operator of a billiard room or poolroom, or who operates a billiard or pool table at a public place, shall permit a minor under the age of eighteen years to play billiards or pool, or be or remain in such public place.
