§ 112.67 TERMINATION OF LICENSES; ESTABLISHMENT OF MAXIMUM FEES.
   (A)   The Business License Commissioner may terminate the license of any owner on the towing list when he or she finds:
      (1)   The listing was secured by fraud or by the concealment of a material fact by the towing vehicle service owner and such fact, if known, would have caused the Commissioner to refuse to put the service on the list;
      (2)   The towing vehicle service owner has violated any of the requirements or regulations established by the Chief of Police under § 112.68;
      (3)   The city is not satisfied with the general services of the owner and/or his or her employees or with the cooperation it has received while rendering service; and/or
      (4)   Any other cause constitutes justification for the termination.
   (B)   The Chief, after consultation with towing vehicle service owners licensed under §§ 112.61 through 112.69, shall establish a table of maximum fees that may be charged by the owners.
