§ 112.69 SOLICITING BUSINESS.
   No owner or operator of a towing vehicle shall respond to the scene of an accident or emergency for the purpose of towing vehicles unless specifically called there by the police or by a person involved in the accident or emergency. This section is intended to prohibit towing vehicle service owners from soliciting business at the scene of an accident or emergency and shall not be construed to prohibit any towing vehicle from contracting with any person, provided that the towing vehicle service owner or his or her agent or employee does not solicit towing contracts at the scene of an accident or emergency.
