§ 112.68 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police shall establish and cause the enforcement of such reasonable rules and regulations for towing vehicles as, from time to time, he or she deems appropriate for the safety, well-being and protection of residents within his or her jurisdiction and their property.
