(a) No diving board or platform more than two feet above the water level shall be installed for use in connection with any private swimming pool unless the required depth of water is provided to accommodate the additional height.
(b) All private swimming pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and all equipment shall be maintained in a satisfactory operating condition during periods the pool is in use.
(c) No private swimming pool shall be used, kept, maintained or operated in the City, if such use, keeping, maintaining or operating shall occasion a resultant nuisance or create a health detriment.
