1446.05 CONTENTS.
   A certificate of occupancy shall contain the following information:
   (a)   The type of occupancy permitted for the premises, or types of occupancy permitted if there is more than one tenant occupying the premises;
   (b)   The maximum permissible live loads permitted for each floor of the premises;
   (c)   The maximum number of occupants that can be accommodated in the premises by virtue of limitations designated on the occupancy permit; and
   (d)   Any other information deemed necessary and pertinent by the Building Commissioner.

1446.06 RECORDS.
   A record of all applications and certificates of occupancy issued shall be kept on file in the office of the Building Commissioner, and copies thereof shall be furnished, upon request, to any person having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the building or land affected.

1446.07 CONFLICT OF LAWS.
   In all cases wherein any of the provisions of this chapter conflict with any of the provisions of a technical code adopted by the City, the more restrictive provision shall control, except for provisions of the Ohio Building Code, which shall control in all events.

1446.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever is convicted of or pleads guilty to a misdemeanor, or minor misdemeanor shall be sentenced in accordance with Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
