(a) Whoever violates Section 860.03 shall be fined, for a first offense, not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and for a second or subsequent offense, not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) The Building Commissioner shall take such action as may be necessary to abate the nuisance.
(c) Whoever violates Section 860.06 shall be fined, for a first offense, not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), and for a second or subsequent offense, not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(d) Whoever violates Section 860.02 shall be fined, for a first offense, not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), and for a second or subsequent offense, not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
