860.06   POSTING OF PRICES REQUIRED.
   (a)   All gasoline service stations engaged in business within the City are required to display a sign in a prominent location, which sign is visible to the traveling motorist from all streets bounding such gasoline service stations, and which sign indicates on it the retail price of each grade of gasoline being offered for sale.
   (b)   Any price change which might occur in the retail price of gasoline sold shall be immediately noted on the sign required by subsection (a) hereof in conformity with this chapter.
   (c)   Each sign displayed shall be at least two feet by two feet in size and the lettering indicating the price of the grades of gasoline being sold shall be at least six inches in height and at least one inch in width.
   (d)   Each sign shall have a white background with red, black or any other dark colored lettering.
