860.02 STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT AND MOTOR VEHICLES.
   All equipment used in the operation of a service station shall be located within a structure; all articles, merchandise, vending machines or commodities sold or otherwise dispensed shall be sold or dispensed within a structure; and all such items shall be displayed within a structure, except gasoline sold by means of approved gasoline pumps and air pumps. Vehicles used in the operation of a service station, except standard tow trucks, shall be stored within a building except when in actual service. Only vehicles owned or operated by employees or customers of a service station may be parked at such station. No junked, demolished or otherwise inoperative motor vehicle, or any motor vehicle unfit for further use as a motor vehicle, shall be permitted to stand on property used as a service station for longer than seventy-two hours. No automobile parts shall be permitted to remain on the property outside of a structure. No motor vehicle shall be sold or offered or advertised for sale from a service station.
