660.17 HAULING AND COLLECTION OF PUTRID GARBAGE.
   (a)   No person shall haul into the Municipality, or collect within the Municipality, any garbage or offal of a putrid, unwholesome or noisome character to be used within the Municipality for the feeding of hogs or other animals used for human food, or which is to be collected or deposited at any place within the Municipality, to the damage or prejudice of others.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
660.18 HOLES OR EXCAVATIONS TO BURY TREE STUMPS OR WASTE.
   (a)   No person shall fill a hole or create an excavation for the purpose of burying tree stumps, construction debris, waste, garbage, rubbish or junk, on any property within the City.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.

660.19 UNWHOLESOME, ADULTERATED OR MISLABELED FOOD PRODUCTS.
   (a)   No person shall sell or offer for sale any diseased, decayed, corrupted, spoiled or unwholesome milk or milk product, eggs, meat, poultry, fish or game, provisions, fruit, berries or vegetable products, or knowingly sell or offer for sale any fruit, vegetable or any other article of food falsely graded, stamped or labeled.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
660.20 SPITTING.
   (a)   No person shall spit, excrete or expectorate any saliva or sputum upon any sidewalk, or on the floor of any public conveyance, building, theater or assembly hall, except in receptacles provided for such purpose.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
660.21 CAMPING; FIRES.
   (a)   No person shall camp in a tent, wagon, motor vehicle, trailer or otherwise, or build, make or start a fire, upon any public street or highway or on any public land without permission of the City, or upon any private land without the consent of the owner, his or her agent or the occupant thereof.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
660.22   ELECTRICAL SAFETY.
   The current edition of NFPA 70; the National Electric Code, Article 680, shall apply and be enforced for all one-, two- and three-family dwelling outdoor electrical installations servicing the following: swimming, wading, therapeutic and decorative pools; fountains; hot tubs, spas; and hydromassage bathtubs, whether permanently installed or portable. An electrical permit and the use of a registered electrician shall be required for all such installations.

660.23 FRONT YARD SALES IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (a)   No person (owner or tenant) shall display items for sale in the front yard of a residentially zoned district from Sunday at 8:00 p.m. through Thursday at 8:00 a.m. exclusive of Federal holidays. Merchandise placed in the front yard for sale during permitted times shall be located at least 35 feet from the street pavement and at least ten feet from side property lines.
   (b)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
