(A) Any person who violates any of the prohibitions or provisions of any section of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Except as otherwise provided, for purposes of this chapter, violations are divided into 2 classifications which are distinguished from one another by the following penalties which are authorized upon conviction.
(1) Classification IV.
(a) Maximum: $1,000 fine, no imprisonment.
(b) Minimum: none.
(2) Classification V.
(a) Maximum: 7 days’ imprisonment, $1,000 fine or both.
(b) Minimum: none.

(B) Persons convicted of violating the provisions of § 130.040 shall be punished by a monetary fine of not less than $35 and not more than $100.

(C) Persons convicted of violating the provisions of § 130.041 shall be punished by a monetary fine of not less than $100 for a first offense and $250 for each additional offense.

(D) Persons convicted of violating the provisions of §§ 130.055 et seq. shall be punished by a monetary fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500.

(F) Any person, business or entity violating § 130.042 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in the amount of $250 for a first offense and $500 for a second and subsequent offense. Each and every day that a violation occurs or exists shall constitute a separate offense.
