No person shall be prosecuted for violation of §§ 130.043 through 130.046 unless the violation occurred in an area posted with a sign prohibiting smoking. The signs shall set forth the words "No Smoking", or the international "No Smoking" symbol (consisting of a pictorial representation of a burning cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it) and shall be clearly and conspicuously posted on or adjacent to each entrance door of every enclosed facility or area where smoking is prohibited by §§ 130.043 through 130.046.
