§ 130.042 SALES SERVICE TRAINING REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, business or entity with a Nebraska retail tobacco license to allow employees or designated persons to sell or furnish tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems, and/or alternative nicotine products in any form whatsoever within the city without first obtaining a responsible tobacco sales training certificate by completion of a responsible tobacco sales training course devised and conducted by the Police Department.
   (A)   Proof of completion will be provided by the Police Department for persons successfully completing the training. The proof of completion will be in the form of a tobacco sales training certificate, which shall remain with the individual wherever employed within the city. The tobacco sales training certificate will be valid for 3 years.
   (B)   All Nebraska tobacco licensees within the city must keep current with the Police Department a list of employees and/or designated persons that sell or furnish tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems, and/or alternative nicotine products in any form whatsoever under the license or permit.
   (C)   All persons who sell or furnish tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems, and/or alternative nicotine products in any form whatsoever under any Nebraska tobacco license must complete the responsible tobacco sales training prior to selling or furnishing tobacco products, electronic nicotine delivery systems, and/or alternative nicotine products in any form whatsoever within the city.
