Any person or other entity operating a medical marijuana facility pursuant to a license issued hereunder by the Director of Public Safety shall be deemed to have given consent to the random and unannounced search of the licensed premises by the Director of Public Safety or his designee to ensure that such facility is in full compliance with all licensing and operational requirements of the City of Newark and/or the State of Ohio, Department of Commerce.
