On all property referred to in Section 1850.01, a mechanical system for sewage disposal may be installed under the direction and written approval of the Hoard of Health. Such written approval by the Hoard shall be granted only when complete data and information concerning the operation of such mechanical method has been presented to and studied by the Hoard. Such written approval shall also be contingent upon the method of effluent disposal to be provided and the bacteriological character of the effluent.
