1254.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this condominium district is to provide an area for multi-family condominium development as outlined and described in Ohio R.C. Chapter 5311.

1254.02 PERMITTED USES.
   (a)   Single- and multi-family dwelling design in accordance with Ohio R.C. Chapter 5311.
   (b)   Day care in the home of the provider for not more than six.
   (c)   Golf course.
