1228.10 STREET LUMINARIES.

Street luminaries, a.k.a. street lights, shall be installed by the subdivides on all streets within the subdivision. The number, location and type of such luminaries is to be determined by an engineering study performed by The Ohio Power Company or Licking Rural Electric, as appropriate for the subdivision, and approved by the City Planning Officer.
