1060.10 BEQUESTS, GIFTS AND DONATIONS.

(a) The Director of Public Service shall receive all bequests, gifts and donations of money and give a receipt therefor, for the perpetual keeping in order and repair of certain specified lots and the erections thereon in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

(b) The Director shall securely invest such funds according to law and use the proceeds annually for keeping in order and repair such Cemetery lots or grounds as are specified by the donor.
