1060.09 POLICE POWERS OF CARETAKER.

The person who is duly appointed by the proper authority to remain upon the premises and take care of the cemetery or burial ground, is hereby clothed with the powers and duties of a policeman for the purpose of this chapter, upon his taking the oath required to be taken by the other policemen of the City.
