The Director of Public Service shall report in writing to Council, at the first regular meeting of Council after the Municipal election in each and every year, a detailed account for the preceding year of the number of lots sold, to whom they were sold, the amount received for each, any amounts expended for burial grounds or cemeteries and specifically for what expended. This report shall be signed by the Director and verified by the affidavit of the Clerk of Council. The Director shall make additional reports when required by Council.
