872.15 TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE FEES.

Every driver of a taxicab, before receiving a taxicab driver's license, shall pay to the Director of Public Safety a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for the first year and five dollars ($5.00) per year for renewals thereof.
