824.02 LICENSE ISSUANCE; FEES.

   (a)   Inspection Fee Schedule. A food establishment license may be issued to any place which complies with the sanitary requirements of the Board of Health after the person applying for such license has paid the fee therefor according to the following schedule-

           Floor Space (Sq. Ft.)                 Fee

      (1)    Less than 1,000    $ 8.00

      (2)    1,000 to 5,000    16.00

      (3)    Over 5,000 to 10,000    24.00

      (4)    Over 10,000 to 15,000    32.00

      (5)    Over 15,000 to 20,000    40.00

   (b)   Exceptions.

      (1)   Churches, schools, governmental
         organizations, hospitals and fraternal,
         veterans and nonprofit organizations
         shall pay a fee of             $ 2.00

      (2)   Establishments selling only fresh fruits
         andvegetables on the premises where
         grown shall pay a fee of             2.00

   (c)   Disposition of Fees. All fees collected under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the General Fund.
