From the sums collected for boxing and wrestling exhibitions, Council shall appropriate from time to time such moneys as may be needed to defray the incidental expenses of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission. No expenditure shall be made or obligations contracted by the Commission except upon a requisition by the Mayor to the Division of Purchase, Construction and Repair and a purchase order duly certified as to funds by the City Auditor. The Secretary of the Commission shall be paid five dollars ($5.00) for each boxing or wrestling exhibition for which a license has been issued.
