The license required by Section 820.07 shall be issued by the Mayor, upon the filing in his office of the application provided for in Section 820.07. Such application shall be properly endorsed by the President, Secretary or other officer or member of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission duly authorized thereby, showing the approval of the Commission for the holding of such boxing or wrestling exhibition. The license fee for each and every fight card to be promoted or held by the applicant shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
